Note: This map only shows the position of Akeley village within the UK. Having spent some time looking at Google Earth I could nothing that clearly indicated an airstrip, although several options were available. If anybody could kindly offer advice as to the exact location of this airstrip, and hopefully additional information, this will be much appreciated.
