Location:  Just S of Formby town centre, just W of INCE microlight airfield

Period of operation:  2019 to -

NOTES:  We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for pointing out this recent location. A look at Google Earth © history shows the site under construction in 2018.

Graham has also been delving around on the inter-web and discovered this information. It appears that in 2020 this location was visited by the Agusta-Bell Wildcat HMA2, ZZ397 and ZZ534, both of 815 Naval Air Squadron. And, the Merlin HC.3 ZJ124, plus Merlin HC4s ZJ118 and ZJ119, all from 846 Naval Air Squadron.

The British Army also made an appearance with the Chinook HC4 ZD983 and Chinook HC6s ZK550 and ZK552. (The exact type descriptions vary). But, it seems they all came from No.7 Squadron.
