A FLY-IN
In 2011 Light Aviation magazine reported that The Association of Manx Pilots were planning a Fly-In here for the 4th and 5th June. A look at their website in 2011 indicated that runway 06/24 was approximately 900 metres long and runway 11/29 was approximately 1000 metres long. It also mentioned that an Auster, Piper Cherokee, Jabiru and Robin DR400 were based here.

However, a look at the Andreas Gliding Club site gave precise runway dimensions with:   06/24  1200x35  and  11/29 1170x35.
