Location: Just E of the A46 and Usselby village, 2.5nm NNW of Market Rasen town centre and roughly 10nm NE of Lincoln

Period of operation:  2007/8 to -
 

Runway:   13/31    325 x 15    grass

Although I have listed the surface as grass, this doesn't appear to be the case looking at the Google Earth 2008 image. But, was this image during a very hot and dry summer period? It could of course be rolled earth but how practical would that be during a rainy spell - unless sandy and very well drained?  See 'Comment' below.

Brookfield Airfield runway is grass Phill&Jin will welcome you with open arms,they do have a yearly open day which is advertised in the BMAA magazine
