Location: Just S of the hospital which is just SE of Campeltown town centre
Period of operation: From the 12th June 2021 to -
NOTES: It is a novelty for an historical 'Guide' such as this to feature "breaking news". But, thanks to Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', this has been achieved! In fact, Graham sent this information on the 16th June 2021. Just four days after the new helipad opened.
It appears that prior to this helipad being built, patients were off-loaded into an often very boggy field. Quite extraordinary circumstances in the 21st century?
