Central Gardens

CENTRAL GARDENS:   Tethered balloon site

Note:  This picture was obtained from Google Earth ©

Location:  In the very centre of Bournemouth

Period of operation:  Since the 1990s?

NOTES:   There is of course a certain element of devious fun here. But, it does have a serious point when it comes to preparing a 'Guide' such as this one. Where do you draw the line? Should it be included? Or not?

On the face of it I think it has to be included, because, although tethered, what else is it doing if not flying? Answers on a postcard please; c/o Home For The Bewildered.
