Location:  On the CHARMY DOWN WW2 airfield site. E of the A46 and about 3.5nm NNE of Bath city centre

Period of operation:   ?    (Possibly since the 1990s?)

NOTES:  This site is on the NE section of the 07/25 WW2 runway. The SAINT CATHERINE microlight airstrip is at the SW end. Therefore, quite unusually, CHARMY DOWN has three seperate entries in this 'Guide'. One for the WW2 airfield, another for SAINT CATHERINE - and this one.

It is very nice, (assuming the two get on well together of course), to find model fliers and microlights sharing the same site.
