Location: W of Grand Union Canal, in the area S of Cheddington, SW of Great Seabrook and W of Pitstone. In other words either very close to if not part of the later WW2 airfield
Period of operation: 1917
NOTES: Used as a ‘Day’ and ‘Night’ Landing Ground it seems, but only from March to October in 1917 for some reason.
