Runways: 01/19    500x20    grass (chalk?)          15/33   400x20    grass

2018:   18/36   550   grass (chalk?)

Helipad: On grass area just E of the runway at roughly the halfway point

NOTES:  A look at this site on Google Earth seems to suggest it may well be used as a 'car-boot' venue or similar, and the runway appears 'white' which may suggest a chalk surface? The current activity seems to be mainly micro-light aircraft.

In 2022 Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', pointed out that the de Havilland DH82A Tiger Moth G-AOUI, (ex DE352), was  registered to Mr John E Pierce and Mrs Beatrice U Pierce, (address LEY FARM), from 16.04.62 until 18.01.65. A month later it was sold by Vendair at BIGGIN HILL to Italy as I-CEDI. So, interesting to see that the operator from 2001, was listed as being Mr J Pierce. Perhaps one and the same?

It also appears that the Reims/Cessna F.150F G-ATUF was based here. This being registered to Devair Aviation Services Ltd at LEY FARM from 10.11.76 until 18.01.83.
