I am now the owner of Church Farm Aylmerton and I am seeking records, memories and pictures of anything to do with Sir Alan Cobhams Flying Circus that took place on our farm in 1930's. If you can help THANKS!

Reply from Dick Flute:
Hello, What an interesting question. I do not have anything myself but I did obtain most of the information on the sites used by the Alan Cobham Tours in the 1930s from the book, Those Fabulous Flying Years by Colin Cruddas. This was published by Air-Britain (Historians) Ltd and the ISBN is: 0 85130 334 X. In the bibliography you should probably find other books which could help you. Best regards, Dick
