Note: This map only shows my guess as to where this site was in WW2. Accurate enough for a position in the UK, but hardly satisfactory. If anybody could kindly provide more information, this advice will be most welcome.

CLIFTON COLLEGE GREEN: Military airstrip

Location: Now part of West of England University grounds, roughly 1nm W of Bristol City centre

NOTES: Used by US Army liaison aircraft during 1944/5 only?
