Location:  Just S of Thorpe Green on the B1083, about 5nm N of Clacton town centre

Period of operation:  1970s only?


NOTES:  Very little appears known about this airstrip, except that it appears that in the mid-1970s the Luton L.A.4a Minor, G-ATCN, was based here and registered to Mr B G Pleasance.

The map above and the first picture only shows the rough position. If anbody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.
