Operated by: Mr M H Reid

Location: W of Stonegate, SSE of Wadhurst, roughly 6nm SE of Royal Tunbridge Wells

Period of operation: Late 1950s to early 1980s only?

NOTES: In the mid 1970s it seems the only aircraft based here was the DH82A Tiger Moth G-AOZB. A bit of later research shows that G-AOZB was registered to Mr Reid at Coopers Farm, Stonegate from the 4th June 1958 until the 15th February 1980.

In May 2020 Mr Graham Frost helped me to roughly locate this airstrip, far more accurately than my first attempt. If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.
