Coppid Beech Hotel

Notes: A search for this hotel in 2017 came up with this - 'The Coppid Beach' near Amen Corner. Can I assume this is the same site? Any advice will be most welcome.

Incidentally, and fortunately I do double check, the first set of coordinates provided by Google Maps were way out. This system is generally very reliable, but it certainly cannot be trusted.
