COUNDON: Private flying field

Location: Once a district within what is now Coventry City
Period of operation: 1909 or thereabouts only?
NOTES: There appears to be sufficient evidence that 'flying' trials were held here over a period of time by the Glover brothers; but, did they manage to actually fly, or even achieve short 'hops'?
More information about their endeavours will be very welcome.
