Location: Just NE of Wylye on tha A303, about 7nm ESE of Warminster
Period of operation: About 2007 (?) to -
Note: No evidence of this airstrip was found on Google Earth in 2005
Runway: 01/19 690 grass
NOTES: This is a most unusual situation. In 2017 I found I had a note about an airstrip existing of Deptford Farm, near Wyley. However, a look at Google Earth revealed three airstrips in close proximity to each other. The other two airstrips are listed as Deptford 1 and Deptford 2. This said, the identity of this site being called DEPTFORD FARM has been confirmed from other sources.
If anybody can kindly offer advice and information, this will be much appreciated.
