DERRIFORD HOSPITAL: Helipad

The very well prepared helipad

Location: E of the A386, roughly 4nm NNE of Pymouth city centre

NOTES: In early September 2016 eight helicopters arrived with patients - a most unusual turn of events.

Without any doubt this hospital helipad really is a credit to Plymouth - I doubt that any hospital in the UK has anything better, and few can equal it.
