Yet another example of a WW2 airfield the outline of which can still be clearly seen seventy years later. As indeed can the extent of the runways.

This comment was written on: 2021-02-06 16:44:49Both parents were stationed here. Infact they first met here and later married. Father was on Wellingtons and Mother on radar. Mother still going strong at 97.
