The aerial view was obtained from Google Earth ©. The local area view is from my Google Earth © derived database.

Location:  Just WSW of Dry Drayton village, S of the A14, about 6nm NW of Cambridge city centre

Period of operation:  Unknown?

NOTES:  Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', sent me this information. And, as you may have noticed, I try to keep no turn unstoned. This 'Guide' does of course depict many ex-airfields, especially from WW2, where clear signs are still visible. Not so much at all for private helipads, so, in this case it seemed an exception might be made.

The reason Graham knew about it was because his father had seen a Bell 47, then operated by Bond Helicopters, parked here - the trees to the south had not been planted back then. Has it been used since? If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.
