Location: E of Miltonduff, 1.5nm SW of Elgin

Period of operation: 1940 to 1947
 

Runways: WW2: N/S   1280   grass           E/W   1143   grass
                          SE/NW   1006   grass

 

NOTES: Despite being based in a pretty remote place especially in WW2 1087 RAF personnel were recorded as being based here including 234 WAAFs.

The main base for 20 OTU was RAF LOSSIEMOUTH.
