Operated by:   Mr Michael Morris

Location:  Just NW of Denholme village, about 3.5nm S of Keighley town centre and roughly 6.5nm WNW of Bradford city centre

Period of operation:  1992 (?) to -   (See NOTES below)

Runway:   08/26   290   grass

NOTES:   We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide' to thank for pointing out this location.

As often happens, a combination of pictures and information serves to raise some questions. Mr Morris built the Rans S6-116 Super Coyote which he registered as G-BUOK at this address on the 9th October 1992. He kept it registered here until the 27th July 2012 when he sold it to a new owner with an address in nearby Oxenhope, which of course, has a well known airfield.

The question being, did this site then become disused? The first two pictures above show clear signs of a runway, whereas the last two don't. But, with the grass being regularly mown, it looks as if it could still be used?

As always in this 'Guide', if anybody can kindly offer advice and information, this will be most welcome.
