Location:  The exact site is unknown and most likely now beneath a fairly large housing estate. In around 1970 said to be on Crown Estates land on the east bank of the river Spey. Roughly 6.5nm SW of Buckie town centre and about 8nm ESE of Elgin town centre

Period of operation: Unknown? Seeming to be, at least, late 1960s to early 1970s

NOTES:  We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for pointing out this location. He tells us that the Taylorcraft Auster 5, G-AMSZ (ex MS971), was reputed to have been based here, registered to Mr F F Chamberlain, with an address in Elgin, from 13.09.68 until 08.02.69.

If anybody can kindly offer advice and information, this will be much appreciated.
