Operated by: Mr G A M Nisbett

Location:  Just W of the A7, ESE of Ferniehill, E of Gilmerton, about 4nm SE of Edinburgh city centre

Period of operation: 1970s only?

Runway:  Probably?   06/24   650   grass

NOTES: In the mid 1970s, from 16.06.75 to 01.09.77, it seems the Beech N35 Bonanza G-ARKJ was based here, registered to Mr G A M Nesbitt. As far as can be seen today, (2023), this was the only use of this location?

We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for pinpointing this location.
