Location: In Monkerton, just NW of J.29 on the M5, E of B3181, roughly 3.5nm ENE of Exeter city centre
Landing area: 1998, large area between hotel and M5 motorway
NOTE: Depending on sources the spelling seems to vary. But, as far I can now make out, the correct spelling is GIPSY HILL HOTEL.
