Note: This map only shows the position of Glenrothes within the UK. If anybody can kindly provide a more exact location for this flying site, this advice will be very welcome.

Usage: Pleasure flights

Location: Football pitch, or playing fields

Period of operation: 1972 (?)

NOTES: My very good friend Austin (Aussie) J Brown (now deceased) flew a Piper PA.32 Cherokee Six from here giving pleasure flights shortly after gaining his ATPL from SCONE/PERTH.
