Goodmayes Park

Notes: This map only shows my guess as to the location of this venue. They could perhaps have used the recreation ground further south of this site. If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.

GOODMAYES PARK: Temporary civil aerodrome

Operated by: Alan Cobham’s National Aviation Day Display Tours

Location: Near Ilford

Period of operation: 16th April and 26th May 1932

NOTES: It seems the Cobham Tours used GOODMAYES PARK more than once to launch their ‘annual’ tours of Great Britain.
