Location: About 5nm W of Gosberton on the A152,  just N of the B1397, about 6nm NW of Spalding

Period of operation: 1916 to 1919
 

Site area: 55 acres    366 x 585


NOTES: I have the Airfields of Britain Conservation Trust website for providing this location. I know that in WW2 many airfields were named after the nearest telegraph facility, often some distance away from the airfield. Perhaps this also applied in WW1?
