Gough Farm

Note: This map only shows the position of Chirk town within the UK.

GOUGH FARM: Private airstrip (also known as BLACKPARK FOREST)

Operated by: Mr J Boquski?

Location: In/near Chirk

NOTES: The Piper PA-32 Cherokee Six 260 G-AWCZ was based here it seems in the mid 1970s.

DEFEATED
Having spent quite a bit of time trying to identify GOUGH FARM, and BLACKPARK FOREST, I must admit defeat. So close but so very far - it is infuriating not to be able to pinpoint this site. It is of course tempting to think it must be the CHIRK site listed, but I cannot find a connection although it is quite close.

Can anybody kindly proviide advice?
