HEATH PARK: Military airstrip

Military user: USAAF
 

Location: Roughly 2nm N of Cardiff city centre

Period of operation: Late WW2 only?


NOTES: I assume that this site was used by light communications aircraft such as Piper L-4 Grasshoppers etc. Is any more known?
