HEMEL HEMPSTEAD: Private helipad

NOTES: As mentioned elsewhere in the mid 1970s private helipads were pretty rare whereas today they abound, so this is why this helipad is, I think, worthy of mention. It seems the Bell 206B JetRanger 2 G-BBUY of O G Lywood Ltd was based here, but, does anybody know where this helipad was?

G-BBUY was registered to O G Lywood from the 22nd July 1974 unti the 3rd October 1979 and the address is given as 51-55 Bridge Street. This area has since been completely redeveloped so there is no clue as to whether a helipad might have existed on the premises.
