HINCKLEY: Temporary flying ground
Location: Outwoods, in or near Hinckley
Period of operation: 20th July 1912
NOTES: The then famous Gustav Hamel was engaged in giving flying displays here with a Blériot monoplane but crashed on landing after his first flight!
