HOG'S BACK: Private airstrip

NOTES: I have been reliably told about an airstrip once operating “about half way along the Hog's Back” on the N side of the A31. To date no other details known….can you help?

There was an airstrip just north of the A31 between Tongham and the Hogs Back Hotel. A Boeing Stearman A75. Have not seen it around for a few years so assume the strip is no more.
