Period of operation:  Circa 2007 to -

Runway(s):    2009:   15/33   250   grass     (Plus marked helipad)

                     2012:   15/33   250   grass          18/36   210   grass         10/28   205   grass

                     2015:   15/33   250   grass

NOTES:  This is without much doubt one of the most interesting private flying sites I have come across. I have never seen so many changes in such a short period of time. It also confounds my self-imposed rule that a location with more than one runway is described as an airfield - but - as most of the time it has just one strip, I have settled for this description = airstrip.

There is also another oddity. Looking at Google Earth images, the main airstrip which was once marked, appears to have disappeared around 2017, and yet it appears to have been reinstated a year or so later? I also cannot determine if this is a strip used by a microlight type(s), or a STOL type? Which can include Piper Cubs, Luscombes, Austers etc.

In August 2022, Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', told me that the rare Performance Designs Barnstormer/Voyager was based here. According to the G-INFO records, from 04.08.2010 to 17.10.2011.
