Keighley flying sites

KEIGHLEY: Temporary flying site?

NOTES:    It is recorded that in early 1910 a Mr H Pickersgill was conducting flying experiments with a design of his own making, a monoplane. Is anything now known as to where and for how long these operations lasted?

KEIGHLEY: Private airfield

Location: Near Keighley

Runways: 11/29   435x15   grass          06/24   325x10   grass

NOTES: This information came from the AAIB report EW/G2014/06/02. Without any doubt this is OXENHOPE - see seperate listing.
