Location:  About 2nm SSW of Kirriemuir, 5nm WNW of Forfar

Period of operation:  Not known but fairly recent in 2020 when I first found this location. A look at the site on Google Earth in 2010 shows no sign.

Runway:  08/26   550   grass

NOTES:  If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.

Note:  In September 2020 I was very kindly contacted by Tam Carr who sent me this great picture. He added that although operating under the 28 day rule, so far due to Covid 19, the airstrip had only been used for four days. A Fly-In was planned, of sorts, but the BBQ had to be aborted.

Life has since taught me that - if at first you don't succeed - give up! Wish I'd learnt that lesson many, many years ago. But some of us fail to abide by such wisdom, and here is another fine example. On the 3rd September 2022, the Kirriemuir International Farm Strip Fly-In was held, with, it appears, a successful B.B.Q.
