Langstone

Note: This map only gives the position of Langstone town within the UK. If anybody can kindly provide a more exact location for this airstrip, the advice will be most welcome.

LANGSTONE: Microlight airstrip

NOTES: The information regarding this airstrip was the AAIB report EW/G2007/08/29 concerned a landing accident to a flex-wing microlight Pegasus XL-Q G-MTTD in August 2007. It appears the pilot used a 200 metre long strip orientated N-S adjacent to Langstone Harbour.
