Long Crendon

LONG CRENDON:   Temporary aerodrome    (Aka THAME)

Operated by:  Sir Alan Cobham's National Aviation Day Display Tour

Period of operation:  17th June 1935

NOTES:   Subsequent research kindly undertaken by Mr Michael T Holder reveals this venue was on BAILEYS FARM, which is already listed in this 'Guide' as an airstrip. I would think it most unlikely that there are two Baileys Farms close to Long Crendon?
