Long Lane Farm

Notes: According to Google Maps this is the location, but looking at Google Earth I can find no evidence of a 'runway' in this area. If anybody could kindly resolve this, the advice will be much appreciated.

LONG LANE FARM: Private airstrip

Location: Near and SW of  Chesterfield

NOTES: In 2010 possibly the base for Team Minimax 91A, G-BXSU?

Info source AAIB report EW/G2010/09/19 which reports on an accident to G-BXSU. Rather interesting the report states the pilot was a PPL, 44 years old, with 3,880 hours logged. This is an astonishingly high figure for any PPL at that age.
