Location: E of Dunchideock, 3.5 to 4nm SSW of Exeter city centre, W of A38
 

Landing area: 1998: Small lawned area in front of and on E side of hotel, bordered on two sides by hotel drive.

This is interesting. Clearly this description of the Landing Area is completely wrong. So, where was it? If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be very welcome.
