Location:  Just NE of Mains of Garten, about 7nm NE of Aviemore and roughly 25nm SE of Inverness city centre

Period of operation:  Unknown?

Runway:   05/23   500   grass

NOTES:  We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for pointing out this airstrip. And it really is just that - no markings, no hangar or any other obvious sign to show it being used for committing aviation.

It is, I suppose, quite possible that this strip has been used over quite a long period of time? If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be much appreciated.
