Operated by: Mr Richard Hulls

Location: 4.5nm W of Okehampton

Period of operation: 1990s?, to - ?

Runway: 12/30   420x30   grass    (850 available)

Note:  The 2002 picture above seems to indicate a runway:   11/29   540   grass with turning circles at each end

NOTES: Venue for PFA Devon Strut ‘Fly-in’ June 26th 2005.

As always, if anybody can kindly offer advice and information, this will be much appreciated. Pictures are always most welcome.

Adopting my 'anorak' pose, was that building seen in the 2002 picture, at the eastern end of the runway, once a hangar? And, presumably those markings across the runway indicate the airstrip was closed? This said, both the 2010 and 2018 pictures certainly have the look of the airstrip being capable of being used?
