Location: On the NW corner of Marden village, which is on the B2079, about 6.5nm SSW of Maidstone town centre
Period of operation: 2000 to around 2018/19 (Then moving to ROCHESTER)
NOTES: It appears that once this Air Ambulance service grew to the point when operating two helicopters became viable, this site was no longer large enough. Also, night flying was not feasible from this site.
The 2013 picture is interesting because it shows a stripped down helicopter either being delivered or collected.
