Location: Just north of the M.6 / A.57 junction, roughly 2nm E of Warrington

Runway:  03/21   1000   grass
 

NOTES: The initial info came from the AAIB report EW/G2006/08/08 describes how a pilot of a Rans S6 with engine problems attempted a landing at a private airstrip at Woolston Moss.

This airstrip was previously listed as WOOLSTON MOSS but after seeing the 'Comment' below, it has now been renamed.

This is the place, I live round the corner from it, very quiet airstrip dont see a lot landing here

I may also be called Martinscroft Moss (which adjacent to Woolston moss). Various plannig application for an airfield & hangers refer to Martinscroft Moss
