Note:  These three pictures were obtained from Google Earth ©

Location: Just S of Bracon Ash, about 4.5nm ESE of Wymondham town centre, roughly 6nm SSW of Norwich city centre

Period of operation:  Circa 2003 to -

Runway:  2003 =    10/28   360   grass

NOTES:  In the 2003 picture runway limit markers are clearly visible. However, in the 2021 picture there is no sign of these, which in effect indicates that the total runway dimensions for landing and taking-off is increased to 395 metres.

Locations such as this are increasingly interesting in that they are both suitable for use by most microlights, but also the classic STOL types such as Piper Cubs, Luscombes and Austers.

If anybody can kindly offer advice and information, this will be much appreciated.
