Location: Just SE of Kirkhill, just N of Tayock, about 1.5nm of RAF Montrose, and about 2nm NW of Montrose town centre
Period of operation: Unknown? Certainly in the 2000s until -
Runway: 06/24 480 grass
NOTES: I found this airstrip whilst searching for somewhere else. Some delving around has failed to reveal what its name is. But of course, the main intention of this 'Guide' is simply to record U.K. flying sites.
This said, as always in this 'Guide', if anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.
