Mount Edgcumbe

MOUNT EDGCUMBE:  Private landing ground

Note:  Both these pictures were obtained from Google Earth ©

Location:  Just across the River Tamar from Plymouth city centre

Period of operation:  2000s only?

Landing area:  In the Deer Park

NOTES:  On a visit in June 2019 I was told that the owner of Mount Edgumbe has his own aeroplane, and has been known to land in the Deer Park.

The red line on the second picture shows my estimation of the most likely landing area, which is roughly 06/24 and has at least 600 metres available.
