Location: W of the B979, 1.5nm NNW of Netherley village, about 8.5nm SW of Aberdeen city centre

Period of operation:  1990s(?) to -

Runway:  09/27   480   grass

Note: Possible 160 metre extension to the east

NOTES: The initial info source for the existence of this airstrip was the AAIB report EW/G2013/11/02 – in which it was mis-spelt as Netherly. However, this was correctly spelt in another later AAIB report, EW/G2015/08/09, which leads me to suggest that the Rans S7 Courier (G-CBNF) was possibly based here?

The Boeing A75N1 Stearman G-BTFG, (ex N4467N), was based here from July 2000 until June 2002.
