Location: Just S of the A371 and Bratton Seymour village. About 2nm W of Wincanton town centre
Period of operation: 2003 to 2010. (Probably ?)
NOTES: We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide' for pointing out this location.
It appears that Mr Ellingworth had the Aeroprakt A22 Foxbat, G-CCCE based here. It was registered to him from 16.01.2003 to 01.02.2010.
We had looked for evidence of an airstrip, but of course, a Foxbat doesn't need one. Being quite capable of being operated from quite rough and unprepared areas.
