Newark flying sites

Note: This map only shows the position of Newark-on-Trent within the UK.

NEWARK: Temporary aerodrome?

NOTES: Used by the Berkshire Aviation Co 18th to 31st March 1921.

In April 1931 CD Barnard Air Tours used a venue in/near Newark.

On the 6th June 1933 Sir Alan Cobham’s No.1 Tour also displayed in/near Newark but, did they all use the same site? It would seem unlikely they all did but can anybody kindly deny or confirm this today?
