NOTES: Did Berkshire Aviation in 1922, (see below), also use the racecourse?



 

NEWTON ABBOT: Temporary aerodrome

NOTES: Used by the Berkshire Aviation Co 15th June 1922. (They probably stayed longer). As stated above, did they perhaps use the racecourse? In the early years of fixed wing aviation, a racecourse venue was highly desirable.
